Berry Energy-boosting Smoothie (One Serving)

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup frozen blue berries, black berries, raspberries
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup cranberry juice

Directions:

Combine frozen berries, vanilla yogurt, and cranberry juice in a blender. Blend and enjoy!

Tropical Pineapple-Strawberry Smoothie (One Serving)

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup pineapple juice

Directions:

Combine strawberries, pineapple, plain yogurt, and pineapple juice in a blender. Blend and enjoy!

Peachy Field Smoothie (one-serving)

Ingredients:

• sliced peaches

• 1/2 cup of strawberries or raspberries

• 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt
